dc.description.abstractIn this work we will present our evolution during this quarter with in relation to Supply Chain and Cost Classification matters. We chose Ambev because it is one of the fastest growing companies in Brazil, holding a variety of activities and technologies and it is notorious to know take advantage of them in order to generate market advantages in relation to the competition, each increasingly fierce. The chosen company until it is new (only 23 years of age) and must show us within the context of PI how it manages to be the top in its segment. We will approach the management of the value chain that, in the business, provides great advantages sustainable competitive strategies in the market as a whole and aims to maximize the results of company sectors.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNeste trabalho iremos apresentar nossa evolução durante esse trimestre com relação aos assuntos Cadeia de Suprimentos e Classificação de Custos. Escolhemos a Ambev por ser uma das empresas que mais cresce no brasil, detendo de uma variedade de atividades e tecnologias sendo que é notório saber aproveitá-las no sentido de gerar vantagens de mercado em relação à concorrência, cada vez mais acirrada. A empresa escolhida até que é nova (apenas 23 anos de idade) e deverá nos mostrar dentro do contexto do PI como ela consegue ser o topo no seu segmento. Abordaremos a gestão da cadeia de valor que, no negócio, proporciona grandes vantagens competitivas sustentáveis no mercado como um todo e visa maximizar os resultados dos setores da empresa.pt_BR
