We chose the company Cacau Show because it is a reference in Human Resources Performance. The giant that started with a debt of 500 dollars inspired us for this Integrated Project because of its size, its mission, its values and its vision. Its mission is to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, offering its ecosystem a lasting relationship focused on growth, profitability, opportunities, and sustainability.
