Abstract

The project aims to analyze the company Nova Auto Peças - specializing in the trade of automotive parts and accessories - and the financial health of the company, seeking to improve financial management and identify the impacts of labor liabilities. Labor liabilities will be identified through databases and accounting records, together with the accounting office and one of the owner-partners (Ciro Bilotti), to understand how they affect the results present and how much they can influence the future. The store has no history of labor problems and maintains a healthy and honest relationship with its current and former employees. At the end of the Project, it will be possible to direct the vision of the partners in relation to the management of labor liabilities and how to deal with their financial impacts on your business, guiding and suggesting actions so that they can improve and progress each more and more in the future.
