Abstract

The fundamental proposal of this consultancy work is the application of the worked during the semester in a real company with pains and goals. During the meetings with the partners of the company Canal BW, the group identified some processes that can be optimized, and the focus of the group will be this, to apply our knowledge and propose to the company new models of more optimized processes. For the project to be executed with excellence, some steps were fundamental, such as get to know the company and the segment in which it operates through meetings and market research; diagnosis of the company's pain; current processes; tools and systems that help processes in the company; brainstorming with team members to survey the initial ideas; first validation with entrepreneurs to start the application; settings of some details validation with the teachers and mentor and finally the final structuring of the project.
