Abstract

Communication has been part of our daily lives for a long time, and it is through communication that relationships are established. Because it is the basis of all human relations, communication, when well managed, brings great contributions to the corporate world, from the sales process to the relationship between employees and managers. To guarantee the success of the communication, it is necessary that the flow of this communication occurs in a planned way. In the organizational environment, feedback takes on a fundamental aspect, since it is through it that it is verified whether the message was understood according to the initial intention.
