A COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE AS EQUIPES NO CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL: MEDNET

Abstract

In this project, an analysis will be made of what teamwork is like and the forms of communication used by people in the company. MedNet, which is a medical and occupational safety company, located in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, was chosen. To have more information and make the project complete, we conducted an interview with Luciana Câmara Bertozzi, who is the manager of the establishment. We will also highlight the need for communication and the real usefulness for society in general.
