Abstract

Never before have we heard so much about sustainability, green products, the environment, recycling, organic products, paper straws, awareness of the use of plastic bags, etc. We are constantly watching the news signals that the environment has been showing “bad symptoms”, such as: hole in the ozone layer, high temperatures with each passing year, acid rain, excess rain in some places, lack of rain in others. The evidence of environmental impacts over these years has made society realize the excesses and neglect of nature, thus causing them to leave the position of observer and start to elaborate ways on how to mitigate, rethink and recover our environment.
