Abstract

Considering the situation that is occurring in the case study we are working on, traditional teaching no longer works, transmitting content in a passive way, it is necessary to review the true role of education in the student's life, as well as to plan a proposal coherent with reality. , to suggest a replanning for the institution, developing work guided by Participatory Management, with new methodologies, pedagogical practices and continuous training for the faculty, will contribute to solving the problems.
