Abstract

The corporate world has been undergoing transformations, mainly in ways of working, and specialization of professionals, in which the people who make up the organization are the differential for the company in the market. It is necessary to program training and development actions for people in order to add value to employees, customers and the company. For this, it is essential to invest in training and development of people, which becomes an effective way to increase the skills and knowledge of employees, being a profitable source, and not just a cost source.
