In the course we will see how important the role of managers should be. keep present to assist the team in all situations, especially in moments of sudden changes. Furthermore, the preciousness of seeing the situation as an opportunity to acquire the best results through employees and through decisions relocation strategies of each function to the place where better productivity is obtained, remembering that always after major crises people have the ability to overcome themselves, innovate and achieve success.
