Abstract

The company chosen to carry out this project is SEBRAE, in this work it will be presented the development of the subjects learned in this semester, where we see the subject Leadership and coaching that was learned in training, to relate to people, among other issues, this base was used in this project so that we were able to carry it out. We also had the Staff Department subject, where it was used to make the topic administration of people and labor obligations, that this work was done above of labor reforms. For this project, we used the Talent Selection and Retention discipline, which we put the development of selection and recruitment processes used in the company. With the subject Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the methodology of company, careers and compensation of employees, the salary strategies carried out by company and other items mentioned in the development of this work.
