Abstract

Currently, the complexity and dynamism of the business world has brought many transformations and comprehensive increase in competition. It is due to such rivalry and the high competitiveness that makes companies develop complementary services to better serve its customers, seeking to win and keep them. Since the internet is able to quickly connect people from all over the world, sharpens the attention of consumers and suppliers, which, in turn, has become a revolution in consumer society, in that many adepts increasingly adhere to this way of buying and selling. Otherwise, it's over bringing with it, a way to market products and services with the ability to understand a high number of fans around the world, providing a lot of facility, the so-called virtual commerce, or e-commerce. On these aspects, the present study had as main objective to verify the digital marketing strategies used by the companies to ensure customer loyalty.
