Abstract
Self-knowledge is the ability to know our internal world, our emotions, thoughts, desires, fears, beliefs, frustrations and so on. We can say that self-knowledge helps to improve our relationship with ourselves, but also our relationship with the world. There is a difference between having self-knowledge and believing you have it.
