Capacitação dos educadores em prol da diversidade e inclusão no contexto escolar

Abstract

The inclusion of students with special needs in schools has made great strides in recent decades, but it is necessary to go beyond special rooms, the right to enrollment and spaces adapted for these children, we need specialized support and teacher preparation, we need true inclusion. The present work aims to reflect on the teacher preparation, analyzing their difficulties in the classroom and how teachers feel in the face of this inclusion and diversity.
