| dc.description.abstract | This academic work aims to demonstrate the importance of managing labor liabilities, which is the responsibility of the administrator; exposing their definitions, scope, consequences and possible solutions, respecting the laws that regulate labor relations; taking into account the situation in which Petrobras, the company chosen by the students who make up this project, is at the current moment. After a research carried out on the internet, which investigated what were the companies with higher labor debt, Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. was chosen, more known as Petrobras, an institution which occupies the second place in the ranking, behind Caixa Econômica Federal only. This organization was chosen in view of the great space it gained in news, magazines and newspapers after being initiated by the Police of Brazil, the Lava Jato operation, showing the set of investigations aiming to investigate a money laundering scheme that moved billions of reais in bribe. In addition, it took into account its great influence on the market and its vast number of collaborators, who are employees both in the area administrative as well as operational. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Esta obra acadêmica tem como finalidade demonstrar a importância da gestão de passivos trabalhistas, a qual é responsabilidade do administrador; expondo suas definições, abrangência, consequências e possíveis soluções, respeitando as leis que regulamentam as relações trabalhistas; levando em consideração a situação em que Petrobras, empresa escolhida pelos estudantes que compõem este projeto, se encontra no momento atual. Após uma pesquisa realizada na internet, a qual investigava quais eram as empresas com maior débito trabalhista, optou-se pela Petróleo Brasileiro S.A., mais conhecida como Petrobras, instituição a qual ocupa o segundo lugar no ranking, atrás somente da Caixa Econômica Federal. Esta organização foi escolhida diante do grande espaço que ganhou em noticiários, revistas e jornais depois de iniciada, pela Polícia Federal do Brasil, a operação Lava Jato, transparecendo o conjunto de investigações visando apurar um esquema de lavagem de dinheiro que movimentou bilhões de reais em propina . Além disso, levou-se em consideração sua grande influência no mercado e sua vasta quantidade de colaboradores, os quais são funcionários tanto da área administrativa, quanto operacional. | pt_BR |
