A COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE AS EQUIPES NO CONTEXTO ORGANIZACIONAL: QUIOSQUE BAR

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to analyze the communication between the teams in the organizational context, whose purpose is to carry out research on how teamwork takes place in a real company, which in this case the company was chosen Kiosque Bar, and the forms of communication used by people, mainly, when they are gathered. The main purpose is to point out the main challenges in develop good communication and highlight some suggestions for improvement in the communication within organizations.
