This project is linked to the complexities that the entrepreneur has in opening a new venture that is not easy. You need to do strategic planning, study all the steps such as customers, suppliers, competitors, the market you want to operate, sources of funds, whether you own or need a loan, the marketing plan, how your project will be publicized, among other fundamental processes are the business plan, the mission, vision, value, objective etc. are part of its processing. To choose the new venture, several researches were carried out, which could leverage and develop our project, if we would have financial conditions to put it into practice, we analyzed the entire process and chose the wholesaler/distributor.
