| dc.description.abstract | The work had as its theme the construction of a business budget and its analysis on the tax regime of the real estate company Braido. The company's corporate budget aims to analyze the possibilities of improvements that may have a greater investment based on market analysis from this initiative seeks to develop projects in order to try to identify possible innovations since this is a new market trend, Even in real estate, it is necessary to have a real evolution and for that it is necessary to have a budget for the company to make the right decisions in order to reach the proposed objective. The tax regime that the company fits in is the National Simple a less bureaucratic option with the requirement of easier ancillary obligations, a simpler way to contribute and have more time for other activities. As stated above the objective of the paper can identify the importance of the topics for the purpose of improvements understanding the subject will be more likely to prepare their budget and tax plans in order to be successfully executed. In compliance with the standards regularly required by the state government, the company performs well in the field in which it is located. | dc.description.resumo | O trabalho teve como tema construção de um orçamento empresarial e respectiva análise sobre o regime tributário da empresa imobiliária Braido. O orçamento empresarial da empresa tem por objetivo analisar as possibilidades de melhorias que poder ter um maior investimento com base nas análises do mercado partindo da dessa iniciativa busca se desenvolve projetos no sentido de tentar identificar possíveis inovações já que essa é uma nova tendência do mercado, mesmo no ramo imobiliário e preciso ter uma constate evolução e para isso e necessário ter um orçamento para que a empresa tome as decisões corretas com intuito de chegar ao objetivo proposto. O regime tributário que a empresa se enquadra é o Simples Nacional uma opção menos burocrática com a exigência de obrigações acessórias mais fáceis de atendimento, uma forma mais simples de contribuir e ter maior tempo para outras atividades. Como exposto o objetivo do trabalho pode se identificar a importância dos temas com o propósito de melhorias entendendo sobre o assunto terá mais chance de elaborar seus planejamentos orçamentário e tributário com intuito de ser executado com sucesso. Atendendo aos padrões exigidos regularmente pelo governo estadual a empresa apresenta um ótimo funcionamento no ramo em que se instalou, será observado ao longo deste trabalho os resultados positivos que se tem em atender as demandas e seguir com um bom planejamento inicial. | pt_BR |
