Abstract

In times of globalization and free competition, the prevention of labor liabilities and the adoption of the best techniques for managing and controlling this labor liability already made can make all the difference to the prosperity of a company. With the theme Developing a Labor Liability Management Plan, the challenge of the interdisciplinary project was to unite the team and the facilitators, together with each discipline to identify labor liabilities and their solution through research, analysis and calculations.
