Abstract
The present work aims to present the way that the goals system reaches an organization,
making presentations of positive and negative points of this method in companies. through
of a questionnaire aimed at employees and supervisors, in three different scenarios that
using this method and observing the current scenario in which the world finds itself, it was carried out
reflections on how goals affect emotionally and whether both employees and
supervisors feel some motivation towards the imposed goals.
