dc.description.abstractThis work aims to describe the aspects that comprise the subjects covered throughout the semester in the classroom, covering the following topics: Production Management, Strategic Cost Management, Process Management, Project Management and Integrated Logistics. The company LiuGong has been in the market for 61 years, of Chinese origin, its headquarters are in the city of Liuzhou, it has a very interesting and well-structured process pattern that aroused our curiosity and enthusiasm to analyze further and apply the tools available. for each subject. For the development of the Production Management discipline, we will use the tools learned in the classroom with Professor Tiago Nogueira, we will analyze the processes to identify the possible need or improvement of some process, seeking to bring more agility, speed and guarantee that the process get a cleaner and more optimized flow.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste trabalho tem o intuito de descrever os aspectos que compreendem as matérias abordadas ao longo do semestre em sala de aula, do qual abrande os seguintes temas: Administração de Produção, Gestão Estratégica de Custos, Gestão de Processos, Gerenciamento de Projetos e Logística Integrada. A empresa LiuGong está presente no mercado há 61 anos, de origem chinesa, sua sede está presente na cidade de Liuzhou, possui um padrão de processos muito interessante e bem estruturado que nos despertou curiosidade e entusiasmo em analisar mais a fundo e aplicar as ferramentas disponibilizada por cada matéria. Para o desenvolvimento da disciplina de Administração de Produção iremos utilizar as ferramentas aprendidas em sala com o professor Tiago Nogueira, iremos analisar os processos para identificar a ou as possíveis necessidades de melhoria de algum processo, buscando trazer mais agilidade, rapidez e garantir que o processo obtenha um fluxo mais clean e otimizado.pt_BR
