Abstract
Nowadays, organizations need to keep up to date to
guarantee their spaces in the job market, as it presents a
environment of constant change and, increasingly, competitive.
In a competitive market with high turnover of
employees, there is a need to ensure competent professionals,
productive and engaged to exceed expectations and achieve
company goals.
In this project, through a study based on the company Marisa, it will be
possible to understand the functionality, applicability and importance of
tools such as Development and Training and Evaluation of
Performance, which are used by the Human Resources sector.
