Abstract

The nature and quality of some products are due not only to the place of production, but also to the methods used, to consumers and to the food products that are increasingly interested in animal welfare. This niche in which consumers care not only about food they will consume, but throughout the entire production chain process, they look for small farmers who have a smaller scale production, adding value to their production.
