Abstract

EMBRAPII, the Brazilian Industrial Research and Innovation Company, has as its Positions and Salaries Plan to aim at and structure the management of positions, in addition to allowing the Company to evaluate the compatibility of salaries with the market, facilitating the definition of the compensation strategy aligned with the company's business strategy. The Company's proposal is to intensify more complex projects technology and encourage the use and development of digital technologies applied to productive process of the national industry, such as: internet, manufacturing, connectivity, between others.
