Abstract

In this Integrated Project (IP), whose theme is "PERFORMANCE IN RESOURCES HUMANS”, I present the Municipality of Aguaí, with the objective of carrying out an analysis of the techniques and models of Performance Evaluation, as well as address your diagnostic process and training needs and Development of your employees. The Performance Appraisal process always seeks to develop of professionals and their organization. With the constant changes in work and in organizations, the demand for performance appraisals increases using Training and Development methods with the aim of better results for the company. For this reason it is always important to keep the motivated employees, and training is the most appropriate tool for develop the skills and competencies of employees by making them become more productive, creative and innovative, helping the company to become better and more competitive.
