Abstract
Labor Liabilities, in general, are debts that a company acquires
when it fails to fulfill its obligations to the employee, this includes not
payment of funds to collaborators/employees, and even the charges that
must be collected in the employment contracts governed by the Consolidation of the Laws of
Work, such as the INSS, FGTS, among others.
