Abstract

With the growth of the civil construction market in recent months, and along came the great demand for building materials, which led us to create the DEPÓSITO EB LTDA, for the study to be developed. Putting into practice what we learn in the study units, such as the management of labor liabilities that occurs from the moment the employees with full compliance with the rules so that they do not have problems with the labor justice and, therefore, cause problems with the company's image. Another point to be studied is the fundamentals of rights and business structure, where we will study establishment and business location, and social capital, among others important points of the study units.
