A comunicação entre as equipes no contexto organizacional

Abstract

In this work we will talk about the communication between the teams and how it takes place in their organizational context, working on all the themes proposed on the experience of the company FAG - Ferros e Aço Guaçu. We will deal with issues that include how to work as a team, what are the difficulties in this work and what behaviors we can have individually that collaborate for this. We will also talk about the forms of communication, both oral and written and how important it is for teamwork to be effective.
