dc.description.abstractThis is a query made by Eliane about some of the factors listed below. Given an incident in which she was involved, she seeks clarification regarding the typicality of the crime in which Aureliano Marcondes, vice-governor, allegedly killed a newborn, constituting the crime of homicide or infanticide. She also deals with electoral impediments to the possible candidacy for the position of governor of the current vice-governor who was reelected. Thirdly, she expands on the possibility of annulling a sentence due to irregularities in due process in the production of expert evidence in a civil case. Finally, she deals with the patrimonial liability of Individual Micro Entrepreneurs.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada por Eliane sobre alguns fatores a seguir elencados. Mediante incidente em que se viu envolvida, busca esclarecimento a respeito da tipicidade do crime no qual Aureliano Marcondes, vice-governador, teria matado um recém-nascido, enquadrando-se no crime de homicídio ou infanticídio. Trata ainda de impedimentos eleitorais de possível candidatura para o cargo de governador do atual vice-governador reeleito. Em terceiro momento, estende-se quanto à possibilidade de anulação de sentença perante a irregularidade no devido processo legal na produção de prova pericial em um processo civil.
