| dc.description.abstract | Industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution is an expression that encompasses technologies for automation and data exchange and uses concepts of cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things and Cloud Computing. Industry 4.0 brings a sequence of new technologies and advances that promise to increasingly improve people's daily lives and promote better working and health conditions. To better understand the term Industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution it is important to understand what steps were taken to get where we are today. From the beginning of humanity to the present day we have passed and will pass through many revolutions, certainly these revolutions carry great events and very pertinent changes. What determines the end of an era or a revolution is the rupture of a previous reality, with the arrival of new thoughts, new ideas, new concepts and especially new technologies, reinventing and innovating the way of doing things. In the industrial market, these revolutions are very remarkable, as they directly and significantly affect people's lives on a global scale. These revolutions were: 1st revolution: mechanics; 2nd revolution: Electric; 3rd revolution: Automation; 4th revolution: Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Big data, fusion of the physical, digital and biological world. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | A indústria 4.0 ou Quarta Revolução Industrial é uma expressão que engloba tecnologias para automação e troca de dados e utiliza conceitos de Sistemas ciber-físicos, Internet das Coisas e Computação em Nuvem. A indústria 4.0 traz uma sequência de novas tecnologias e avanços que prometem melhorar cada vez mais o cotidiano das pessoas e promover melhores condições de trabalho e saúde. Para compreender melhor o termo indústria 4.0 ou Quarta Revolução Industrial é importante entender quais passos foram tomados para chegarmos aonde estamos hoje. Desde o começo da humanidade até os dias de hoje passamos e passaremos por muitas revoluções, certamente essas revoluções carregam grandes acontecimentos e mudanças muito pertinentes. O que determina o fim de uma era ou de uma revolução é ruptura de uma realidade anterior, com chegada de novos pensamentos, novas ideias, novos conceitos e principalmente novas tecnologias, reinventando e inovando o jeito de fazer as coisas. No mercado industrial essas revoluções se mostram bem marcantes, já que afetam de maneira direta e bastante significativa a vidas das pessoas em um âmbito global.
