Abstract

The purpose of this project is to describe and analyze the communication between the teams that make up SNBC Ltda in its organizational context and also to discuss the theoretical aspects involved in team management and communication panoramas. The objective of this project, therefore, is not only analyze these multi-departmental interactions, as well as diagnose the effectiveness of the implemented model and possible improvements.
