Abstract

Having characteristics of a company managed by a family farming occupies a very important position economically and socially contributing to the growth of the country. It is impossible for a farmer to keep his business running in a healthy way without good management, since it is necessary to plan well throughout the process from planting until the food reaches the final consumer, it is also necessary to have people trained to perform each function In particular, state-of-the-art equipment and technology so that production processes work properly while achieving productivity. To meet the needs of consumers, agriculture is focused on high quality products, being healthy and sustainable. An important fact is that much of the food produced by family farming is consumed in school meals.
