Logística: Pindukka Supermercados

Abstract

The following project aims to present the chosen company and analyze the existing proposals for its improvement, but we focus on a sector specific, Hortifruti from the company Pinduka Supermercados. Improvement methods and concepts learned and understood in the 7th module of administration, through five disciplines that will be encompassed and that resulted as follows: Integrated Logistics allows us to use all its concepts and tools for through an analysis of data in your supply chain. Project Management aims to analyze the entire system and functionality of the company to detect failures in these processes, so that through this study we can develop improvement projects. Production Administration will help us throughout the production process and will show all its steps. Process Management has a fundamental role in the work, as it will analyze the processes that exist today and will propose improvements. Strategic Cost Management this will give us the possibility to identify the costs existing in the sector under analysis and find, based on the improvements, the economic results that make it all balanced. In all the subjects discussed above, they helped in the elaboration of the project, it proposes improvements in the Hortifruti sector, with a high quality of products and with a very expressive number in the total sales of the store, the sector presents some failures to reduce losses, expenses and being of great importance an increase in the sale, being that the aspects go the other way, for example the loss and expense present
