Abstract

The project aims to present the Positions and Salaries Plan composed for the company Sports Nutri Indústria Comércio e Importação Ltda. The company does not have a detailed and updated job and salary plan, thus giving rise to the opportunity to apply the concepts learned in a practical way, through the Human Resources Management course. We will also present an analysis of the Recruitment and Selection process used in the referred company, our intention is to present in a clear and objective way the advantages that this organization can generate, impacting current and future employees.
