Abstract
This project aims to carry out an analysis to understand what are the
best cost reduction and revenue increase strategies for the company Sabor de
Family through a consultancy to businessman Leonardo. Introducing possible
solutions or improvements to the problems presented.
In a first meeting between the students and the entrepreneur, his
main problem and frustration. Currently, Leonardo is seeking knowledge about the
administrative area, as it reports not being very thorough in this area.
