Abstract

The choice for this Integrated Project (IP) was made by an American company, which for 135 years has operated around the world and throughout the years of its existence has shown itself to be an entrepreneurial company, combining new technologies and concern for the development of the society in which it is inserted. . In February 2021, it was one of the pioneers (the 10th company) to have a vaccine against covid-19, developed by its pharmaceutical company Janssen, released for emergency use in the United States. This company, fits the theme proposed in this Integrated Project (IP): "ENTREPRENEURIAL MANAGEMENT", and in it, covering themes related to Budget Management and Strategic Tax Management.
