We currently live in a society that develops and breaks down communication barriers at a frantic pace, changes that have had and continue to have a growing impact on the scale of their importance. Today, employees of any organization are active agents in the construction and circulation of communication and not mere intermediaries for the achievement of organizational objectives.pt_BR
