Abstract
Bearing in mind that the better the working environment, the better the performance of the
employee, motivation and satisfaction is one of the most important things within a
organization. An employee who is good with his service, good with his colleagues, if
feeling good in the environment they are in and realizing that their work is important to the
company income and your personal life, it only brings benefits. We all know that the
diseases of the century is Anxiety and Depression, which over and over are basically
caused or worsen by the work environment itself, where an employee who already has
various personal problems, end up taking it into the company and together with
likely complicated situations that may happen in your work, can hinder you
more and more, this has been spreading, creating a comfortable, pleasant and reliable environment,
may reduce these diseases and help the employee.
We will raise methods that can improve the life of an employee within the
organization, which can increase its performance and relieve the tension caused by problems and
day-to-day complications, using improvements in health, making safety in the
work, improving and intensifying the company's climate, making it clear how the
organizational culture, improving the relationship with their superiors and colleagues
work facilitating the contact of new ideas, so that everyone feels within the company's business.
