Abstract

The objective of our Integrated Project is to develop a console application that integrate advanced technology concepts to meet Supermarket needs Paradise, promoting education, sustainability, social inclusion and entrepreneurship. THE proposal aims to create practical and innovative solutions that contribute to the development sustainable and inclusive within the supermarket context. Areas of Activity and Impact Education and Training: Difference: Implementation of training programs for employees, including courses on customer service, inventory management and the use of modern technologies. That will increase efficiency and satisfaction in the work environment. Environment and Sustainability: Difference: Development of a waste management system that minimizes waste waste and maximize recycling, as well as environmental awareness campaigns to customers and employees, highlighting sustainable practices. Social Inclusion: Difference: Creation of initiatives that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities and other minorities, adjusting supermarket infrastructure and offering specific employment and training. Technology and Innovation:Difference: Application of new technologies to optimize inventory management and improve the customer experience, such as self-service systems and data analysis to personalize offers and promotions. Rural Development: Difference: Establishing partnerships with local farmers to promote family farming, ensuring fresh and sustainable products, in addition to supporting the economy location. Entrepreneurship and Solidarity Economy: Difference: Promoting local entrepreneurship through partnerships with small businesses producers and cooperatives, creating a space for the sale of local and sustainable products, strengthening the solidarity economy.
