Abstract

Our project began with the goal of providing the company “Empório Dell Massas” with a new experience related to customer service, in an agile and fast way, without losing its originality. Our goal is to bring practicality and efficiency to the company when it comes to customer service, so we considered the idea of ​​implementing a chatbot linked to the Whatsapp Business application, providing an accessible interface so that customers can have a better experience when shopping.
