Abstract

An interdisciplinary approach to language development and its ways of expression in early childhood education is highly beneficial as it recognizes that language is not an isolated skill, but it is intrinsically linked to other areas of knowledge and forms of expression. One of the strategies that we can adopt to promote this is the integration of disciplines, rather than treating language as a separate discipline, it it should be incorporated into other curricular areas.
