Debt and working capital. Good control over the company's working capital is key to good financial health! If we could compare a company to a human body organ, we might suggest that financial management is the heart: it provides supply for all other areas. If it stops working, everything else stops as well. Often, when we perform inefficient management and inadequate financial planning, we end up “appealing” to banks to cover debt through access to credit and financing.
