Abstract
It is noted that in Brazil, agribusiness is deeply important for the development of the economy, Brazil is a major exporter of beef, soybeans, wheat, corn, among others. The gross domestic product (GDP) in 2022 was calculated at almost 10 trillion reais, according to CEPEA, Center for advanced studies in economics, agribusiness contributes 24.8% to GDP. The participation of agribusiness in the Brazilian economy is extremely important, in addition to employing more than 19 million people, Brazil is the largest exporter of agricultural commodities such as coffee, soybeans, corn, beef, poultry, sugar and cellulose. The majority of farmers in Brazil are made up of small and medium-sized farmers, generally rural workers who produce with family labor. These producers account for a large part of the food available on the domestic market and on the tables of Brazilian families. Aiming at employability, generating profit, controlling fiscal and tax obligations, rural accounting is deeply important in helping these companies and small agribusiness producers. In this work, the team in partnership with the Birosca restaurant, which works indirectly with agribusiness, aims to carry out a survey of the main activities of the business, analyze the provision of sustainability programs for the community, analyze performance indicators, competitiveness of the business, find and analyze possible labor liabilities and how they affect the financial health of the business.
