Abstract
Exercise-Induced Pulmonary Hemorrhage is a pathology known to have blood in the nostrils, coming from the lungs, after a great physical effort. Occurs mainly in athletic horses, which require high performance and/or performance. Its main clinical sign is epistaxis, and its diagnosis is based on clinical examination and complementary tests, such as endoscopy. Its incidence has been increasing due to the great demand of athletic animals, and its treatment is considered conservative and palliative.
