Abstract

The project brought us a broad view of how all the logistics of a company and its product from when its raw materials are collected until when the product is finished and delivered to its final consumer, its main objective was the identification of improvement points for the company, always taking into account what was studied in the module. We understand that your weak point is in the dissemination of baby food brand Nestlé Naturnes, so that the quality can be better propagated your product and gain more and more the trust of your target audience, we analyze various parts of the company that were extremely important for us to reach the final result, each subject studied in the 7th module of the Administration course had your contribution point.
