Abstract

The study focuses on human behavior in organizations, aiming to analyze how the integration of employees in the business context occurs. The research aimed to verify if the positions / functions interfere in the relationship and in the teamwork, as well as to identify how the figure of the pedagogue is important being an added value in this business context, an area that is growing in the professional market.
