Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of the entrepreneur in the company and its strategic management. The entrepreneur must always be seeking new knowledge to better manage his company.
Business strategy is nothing more than charting the business, defining it, thinking about where we are going and how we will get there.
The responsibility for preparing strategic planning lies with the management of the company. But it must be done in a participatory manner, with the collaboration of managers from all areas of the business.
