Abstract

This project will highlight the performance in human resources of the company Poggio Camisaria Ltda; a company active in the clothing market for almost thirty years. The company seeks to make fashion with ownership, bringing constant innovations and trends to its customers. In this way, it will be described and analyzed what are the techniques and models of performance evaluation of the company Poggio Camisaria Ltda, addressing its process of diagnosis of the need for training and development.
