Abstract

School management is defined as the organization of the school, with the aim of promoting effective conditions to ensure the advancement of the teaching-learning process (PARANÁ, 2017). This definition often leads to the inference that the school's organization, management and administration are the sole responsibility of the pedagogical direction and coordination.
