Abstract
The impact of technology is increasingly apparent in commercial management and in the most diverse aspects of management. This impact has been evolving since the third industrial revolution, from that stage onwards, technological processes began, based on the physical integration between science and production, evolving to the use of software and tools that help from the control of production processes to the stage of sales and communication with the customer. Since then, technology has been responsible for improving the efficiency of any business, being affected by it in the course of its use and admission to commercial management. This scientific article aims to highlight the impact of industrial revolutions on commercial management until the fourth industrial revolution, and from there on its evolution and future projections. Also highlight the models and objectives of the most used striking technologies in the great industrial revolutions and their contribution to the development of the era. And finally, highlight the great technologies used in commercial management in the fourth industrial revolution and its advances.
